Sugar Land Painting is owned by George and Cindy Villarreal. The Villarreal's founded Villa Construction & Remodeling in 1991.

George started working in construction at age 14 learning the various construction skills from seasoned tradesmen. He soon became a construction supervisor and construction company manager. Cindy learned the construction business from her family. Her father owned a construction company and she participated in the business. They are a second generation construction business family.

They live in New Territory and are active in the Sugar Land community.
